Get Recruited (UK) Ltd is seeking a commercially minded Marketing Executive to join our central Manchester team. You will drive B2B campaigns, generate quality leads, and support the sales team with data-driven insights and copywriting excellence.

Working closely with the CEO and MD, you will manage email, LinkedIn, website content and SEO, oversee CRM data, and report on ROI. A proactive marketer with strong analytics will thrive and have opportunities to progress into a Marketing Manager role.

Formación

• Experience in a hands-on B2B marketing role such as Marketing Executive or Digital Marketing Executive.
• Advantageous experience in recruitment, professional services or another B2B service-led business.
• Strong email marketing experience including outbound campaigns, automation and copywriting skills.
• Commercially minded with understanding of how marketing supports sales and growth.
• Analytical with strong Excel skills and CRM data management.
• Good understanding of digital marketing including website management, SEO and organic social media.
• Proficient in Adobe Photoshop and InDesign; video editing is advantageous.

Responsabilidades

• Email marketing: manage 20+ B2B campaigns monthly with targeting, copywriting and scheduling.
• Candidate marketing: monthly sector-specific campaigns to attract applicants.
• LinkedIn: automate lead gen campaigns; optimise messaging and performance.
• Website & SEO: manage content and SEO activity using Ahrefs to improve visibility.
• Direct Mail: coordinate targeted campaigns to generate PSL opportunities.
• CRM & Data: manage sourcing, verification, cleansing, segmentation and data protection.
• Reporting & Analysis: monitor performance, leads, conversions and ROI.
• New Campaigns: identify and implement new marketing initiatives.
• Inbox & Admin: manage shared mailboxes and respond to inquiries.
• Social Media: manage organic calendars and engagement.
• Content Creation: produce or source marketing content and visuals.
• Marketing Projects: support events, awards, exhibitions and podcasts.
• AI & Automation: identify opportunities to improve efficiency and content delivery.
