Job summary

Get Recruited is seeking a B2B Marketing Executive to own day-to-day marketing activities from central Manchester. You will drive lead generation, brand awareness and commercial growth, coordinating email campaigns, CRM management and content production.

You will work closely with the CEO and Managing Director, shaping our marketing roadmap, exploring new channels, and contributing to events and PR activities. A proactive, analytical mindset and strong copywriting are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Hands-on B2B marketing experience in roles such as Marketing Executive or Digital Marketing Executive.
• Experience with email marketing campaigns, automation and CRM management.
• Strong copywriting skills and ability to create engaging content.
• Proficiency in Excel and data-driven marketing with reporting and segmentation.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day delivery of marketing strategy and campaigns for lead generation and brand growth.
• Manage 15-20 B2B email campaigns per month including targeting, segmentation, A/B testing and optimisation.
• Handle website updates, landing pages, blogs and SEO content; monitor trends with SEO tools.
• Develop monthly social calendars and create content for organic channels.
• Analyse dashboards, campaign performance, ROI and provide insights to leadership.
