We’re looking for a B2B Marketing Manager to join our team in Leeds. This senior hands‑on role involves setting up and leading lead generation activities, taking ownership of B2B marketing performance, and building the function from the ground up.

Qualifications
- At least 5 years of full‑time experience in a B2B marketing role
- Strong experience building and delivering demand generation activity
- Clear evidence of using digital marketing (SEO, PPC, email or content) to drive leads and sales
- Ability to create strategy and then execute it hands‑on
- Strong written communication and attention to detail
- Confidence working closely with commercial teams and leadership
- A commercially minded approach focused on qualified leads and revenue impact rather than vanity metrics
- Good judgement, initiative and the ability to improve systems, messaging and performance over time

Responsibilities
- Build and execute a lead generation strategy to support business growth
- Improve digital presence across website, email and other owned channels
- Create high‑quality written content, campaign assets and sales collateral
- Use data to test, refine and improve marketing tactics and performance
- Support business development with better messaging, materials and funnel thinking
- Analyse and report on marketing effectiveness to leadership
- Research prospects, markets and content opportunities thoroughly
- Build relationships and strengthen the B2B marketing function
- Take ownership of how marketing contributes to pipeline and revenue
