You will manage email, LinkedIn and website marketing, optimise SEO, and collaborate with senior leaders to support growth. A hybrid mix of ownership, metrics and creative messaging is offered with clear progression into a Marketing Manager role.

Qualifications

• Hands-on B2B marketing experience.
• Experience in recruitment or professional services is a plus.
• Strong email marketing with automation.
• Analytical, data-driven, with Excel skills.
• Excellent copywriting and creative messaging.
• Able to manage multiple campaigns independently.

Responsibilities

• Generate and optimise marketing campaigns to generate quality leads.
• Manage 20+ B2B cold email campaigns monthly.
• Deliver sector-specific email campaigns to attract candidates.
• Manage LinkedIn lead generation campaigns and messaging.
• Oversee website content, SEO and landing pages.
• Coordinate direct mail and PSL opportunities.
• CRM data management and reporting ROI.
• Support events, awards, exhibitions and podcasts.
• Provide occasional sales admin support.
