Get Recruited (UK) Ltd in Central Manchester is seeking a commercially minded, data-driven Marketing Executive to join a growing recruitment agency.

You will lead B2B marketing campaigns, manage email, LinkedIn, website content and SEO, and align marketing with sales to drive quality vacancies and candidate applications.

The role offers a salary of 30,000 to 35,000 with benefits and incentives, including European holidays, and clear progression to Marketing Manager.

Qualifications

• Experience in B2B marketing, including email campaigns and copywriting.
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven approach to campaigns.
• Familiarity with CRM data, segmentation and campaign reporting.

Responsibilities

• Generate new vacancy enquiries from employers and attract candidates through targeted campaigns.
• Manage 20+ B2B cold email campaigns monthly with copy and scheduling.
• Deliver sector-specific email campaigns to attract candidates for live vacancies.
• Run automated LinkedIn lead generation, optimize messaging and audiences.
• Manage website content and SEO/ GEO/ AEO using Ahrefs to improve visibility.
• Coordinate targeted direct mail to engage high-value prospects and PSL opportunities.
• Manage marketing data sourcing, verification, cleansing and segmentation.
