Job summary

Get Recruited (UK) Ltd in Manchester is seeking a proactive B2B Marketing Executive to own day-to-day marketing activities, deliver campaigns and help generate new business opportunities. You'll work closely with the CEO and Managing Director in a growing, social environment with clear progression to Marketing Manager.

You'll manage email campaigns, website content, SEO, social calendars and CRM data, using Adobe Creative Suite and Ahrefs to inform strategy and optimization.

Responsibilities

• Own the day-to-day delivery of the marketing strategy and roadmap for B2B lead generation and growth.
• Manage 15-20 B2B email campaigns per month including targeting, segmentation, copy, deployment, testing and optimization.
• Manage central email and LinkedIn inboxes and distribute qualified leads to the recruitment team.
• Oversee website updates, landing pages, blogs and SEO content including schema markup and conversion optimization (Ahrefs).
• Create and manage monthly organic social media calendars and content.
• Analyse dashboards for lead sources, campaigns, conversion and ROI for senior leadership.
• Handle CRM & data management, including verification, cleansing, segmentation and opt-out requests.
• Develop low-volume, high-value direct mail campaigns and automated sequences.

B2B MARKETING EXECUTIVE

THE OPPORTUNITY

We're looking for a creative, proactive and commercially minded B2B Marketing Executive to join Get Recruited and take ownership of our day-to-day marketing activities.

Working closely with our CEO and Managing Director, you'll be responsible for delivering and optimising our marketing campaigns, bringing fresh ideas and helping drive new business opportunities.

THE B2B MARKETING EXECUTIVE ROLE

• Own the day-to-day delivery of our marketing strategy and roadmap, managing campaigns focused on B2B lead generation, brand awareness and commercial growth.
• Manage 15-20 B2B email marketing and automation campaigns per month, including targeting, segmentation, copywriting, deployment, A/B testing, analysis and optimisation.
• Manage central email and LinkedIn inboxes, responding to enquiries and distributing qualified leads to the recruitment team.
• Take ownership of website updates, landing pages, blogs and SEO/GEO/AEO content, including internal linking, schema markup, backlinks and conversion optimisation. Using Ahrefs to monitor trends and identify opportunities.
• Create and manage monthly organic social media calendars, including content creation, scheduling and engagement.
• Monitor marketing dashboards, analysing lead sources, campaign performance, conversion rates and ROI, providing insights to senior leadership.
• Manage CRM and marketing data, including acquisition, verification, cleansing, segmentation, validation and opt-out requests, ensuring data protection compliance.
• Create and manage low-volume, high-value direct mail campaigns and automated sequences to generate B2B enquiries.
• Deliver new marketing initiatives, including events, exhibitions, podcasts and other projects within our marketing roadmap.
• Produce marketing collateral, graphics and video content using Adobe Creative Suite and other creative tools.
• Identify and implement opportunities to improve marketing processes through AI and automation.
• Provide occasional business and office support, including answering calls, ordering supplies and maintaining office facilities.

THE PERSON

• Experience in a hands-on B2B marketing role, such as Marketing Executive, Digital Marketing Executive, CRM Executive, CRM Marketing Executive or Email Marketing Executive.
• Experience within recruitment, professional services or another B2B service-led business would be advantageous.
• Strong email marketing experience, ideally including outbound campaigns and automation, with excellent creative copywriting skills.
• Confident managing large datasets, with strong Excel skills and experience in CRM management, segmentation and reporting.
• Proficient in Adobe Photoshop and InDesign, with video editing experience advantageous.
• Good understanding of digital marketing, with website management, SEO and search-optimised content experience desirable.
• Commercially minded and analytical, with the ability to interpret campaign performance and identify improvements.
• Highly organised, proactive and resourceful, with the confidence to independently manage marketing activities while collaborating closely with senior leadership.
