Job summary

Get Recruited in Manchester is seeking a creative B2B Marketing Executive to own day-to-day marketing activity and drive lead generation. You’ll work closely with the CEO and MD, delivering campaigns, content, and digital improvements to boost commercial growth.

The role offers a salary of £28,000–£35,000 with benefits and opportunities for progression as the business expands, plus incentives including European holidays. This on-site position is based in Central Manchester (Ancoats).

Qualifications

• Hands-on B2B marketing experience essential.
• Experience in recruitment, professional services or B2B services is a plus.
• Strong email marketing experience with segmentation and automation.
• Excellent Excel skills and CRM reporting experience.
• Proficient with Adobe Creative Suite for collateral and video edits.
• Understanding of digital marketing, SEO and content management.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and optimise marketing campaigns for lead generation and brand growth.
• Manage 15–20 B2B email campaigns monthly including testing and analysis.
• Handle website updates, landing pages, blogs and SEO content.
• Create and manage social content calendars and collateral.
• Analyse dashboards and ROI, providing insights to leadership.
• Maintain CRM data quality and assist with data protection compliance.
