Job summary

Global Commerce Fulfillment (GCF) is seeking a Customer Service Specialist for our UK team. Based in Cannock, you will manage B2B client relationships, lead onboarding, monitor performance, and drive improvements to support growth.

You will collaborate with Operations, Technology and Sales to deliver seamless experiences, ensuring high customer satisfaction and retention in a fast-paced logistics environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer success, account management, warehouse or logistics operations.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to simplify complex logistics topics.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Experience with logistics platforms, WMS or order management systems.
• Bachelors degree preferred or equivalent experience in logistics, supply chain, or business.
• Fluent in English and Mandarin Chinese.

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop relationships with a portfolio of B2B eCommerce clients as their primary contact.
• Lead client onboarding, service adoption, and ongoing account support for long-term success.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Operations, Technology, Sales and internal teams.
• Monitor fulfillment performance, analyze data, identify issues, and drive improvements.
• Conduct regular client business reviews and provide performance insights.
• Identify opportunities for service expansion and support client growth.
