Diverse Talent Solutions Ltd is seeking a Customer Service Executive for a fast-growing UK logistics business based in Stalybridge. You will work alongside operations, handling inbound customer queries, orders and bookings in a busy, fast-paced environment.

The role focuses on maintaining KPI performance, logging details in the in-house TMS, coordinating deliveries, and resolving complaints through clear, proactive communication.

Qualifications

• Experience in a logistics environment is advantageous.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Proven track record in key account or customer service.
• Resilient and able to handle complaints.
• Solution-focused with IT proficiency.
• Experience with in-house TMS or similar systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Taking in bound calls from key account with enquiries, orders and queries
• Working to customer KPI's on performance and resolutions
• Logging details onto inhouse TMS system and producing performance reports
• Coordinate delivery bookings and monitor timed deliveries, proactively communicating and service issues
• Managing complaints and liaising with a number of stakeholders in the business to provide a timely solution
• Communicating with clients internal/external via the telephone ,email and face to face
• Building relationships
