Job summary

ManpowerGroup (UK) is seeking a Business Development Representative to drive outbound calls and respond to inbound inquiries. You will qualify leads, coordinate with the Sales team, and manage the CRM to maximize pipeline opportunities.

This role targets SMB, commercial and enterprise segments, profiling IT decision makers and influencers to identify new business opportunities while meeting targets.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year in outbound/inbound telemarketing within IT or technology.
• Strong English plus the local language for target market.
• Experience using CRM and digital selling tools.

Responsibilities

• Generate new BANT-qualified leads through outbound calling and marketing campaigns.
• Follow up on inbound responses and nurture campaigns to drive opportunities.
• Enter and manage leads in the CRM; ensure proper assignment and progression.
• Coordinate with Sales and Marketing to grow revenue and pipeline.
• Engage with end users, partners, and influencers to identify opportunities.
