Job summary

Katiebard in Birmingham City Centre is seeking a creative and organised Events Coordinator within Marketing to support delivery of a range of B2B campaigns and events, from large trade shows to webinars and corporate hospitality.

You will manage end-to-end event processes, coordinate logistics, registrations, communications and follow-up, promote events across channels, build partner relationships and track results in our CRM (HubSpot).

Qualifications

• Experience in B2B event marketing and event coordination.
• Campaign development experience with strong organisational skills.
• Experience using CRM systems or marketing tools is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate events from planning through delivery, including logistics and registrations.
• Support event promotion across email, social media and digital channels.
• Prepare briefing packs, coordinate lead generation and post-event follow-up.
• Create engaging marketing content to promote events and partnerships.
• Build relationships with partners and media contacts.
