You will support a range of B2B campaigns and events from large trade shows to webinars, managing end-to-end logistics. You will coordinate planning, registrations, invitations, promotions across email and social channels, build partner relationships, manage budgets and CRM activity (HubSpot), and attend events

Qualifikationen

• Experience managing end-to-end logistics for events and marketing campaigns.
• Ability to coordinate multiple events and campaigns simultaneously.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Aufgaben

• Coordinate events from planning through delivery, including logistics, registrations, invitations and follow-up communications.
• Events include tradeshows, conferences and client events.
• Promote events across email, social media and digital channels.
• Prepare sales briefing packs, coordinate lead generation and post-event follow-up.
• Create engaging content to promote events and partner initiatives.
• Build and maintain relationships with partners, media contacts and professional organisations.
• Support webinar delivery, speaker opportunities and thought leadership activities.
• Track event performance and CRM activity using systems such as HubSpot.
• Manage event budgets, supplier coordination and invoice payments.
• Attend events, support stand setup and represent the business professionally.
