Katie Bard is seeking an Events Coordinator in Marketing in Birmingham. Hybrid, full-time role supporting a range of B2B campaigns and events from trade shows to webinars. You will manage end-to-end event processes, assist with promotion across channels, and build partner relations.

Ideal candidates have experience in B2B event marketing, strong organisational skills and familiarity with CRM systems. A CIM qualification is advantageous though not essential.

• Experience in B2B event marketing and campaign development with strong organisational skills.
• Experience coordinating events from planning to delivery, including logistics and follow-up.
• Experience using CRM systems and marketing tools; familiarity with event management software is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate events from planning through to delivery, including logistics, registrations, invitations and follow-up communications.
• Support event promotion across email, social media and digital channels.
• Prepare sales briefing packs, coordinate lead generation and manage post-event follow-up.
• Create engaging marketing content to promote events and partner initiatives.
• Build and maintain relationships with partners, media contacts and professional organisations.
• Support webinar delivery, speaker opportunities and thought leadership activities.
• Track event performance and campaign results using CRM systems, including HubSpot.
• Manage event budgets, supplier coordination and invoice payments.
• Attend events, support stand set-up and represent the business professionally.
