Job summary

ST TALENT is seeking a Direct Marketing Manager for an office-based role in Wetherby. You will own outbound campaigns across email, LinkedIn and direct mail to generate enquiries and warm leads for the Business Development team, collaborating to convert activity into growth.

You will manage UK and European campaigns, craft compelling copy, segment audiences, maintain CRM data and ensure GDPR/PECR compliance. Salary £40,000, profit bonus, 25 days holidays, pension, full-time.

Qualifications

• B2B direct marketing experience with measurable results.
• Strong copywriting skills for campaigns.
• Hands-on email marketing, LinkedIn outreach and campaign sequencing.
• Audience segmentation experience.
• CRM usage and accurate data reporting.
• Knowledge of UK GDPR and PECR for direct marketing.
• Organised and proactive with multi-campaign responsibility.
• Experience in construction or similar B2B beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver targeted, multi-touch B2B campaigns across email, LinkedIn and offline channels.
• Build prospect lists, segment audiences and tailor messaging by sector and region.
• Collaborate with Business Development and Sales to generate qualified leads and meetings.
• Write engaging copy for campaigns, collateral and landing pages.
• Develop campaigns to attract new customers and reactivate lapsed accounts.
• Track performance from contact to orders and optimize future activity.
• Manage CRM data, segmentation, tracking and attribution.
• Plan events campaigns with pre- and post-event outreach.
• Produce sales-focused content including case studies and industry guides.
• Support European campaigns with adapted messaging and compliance.
