ST TALENT are recruiting for a Direct Marketing Manager on behalf of an established business operating within the construction sector. This is a hands-on, commercially focused role for someone who knows how to turn direct marketing into genuine sales opportunities.

The main focus will be on outbound campaigns, using email, LinkedIn and direct mail to engage targeted prospects, generate new enquiries and provide the Business Development team with warm leads to follow up.

Qualifikationen

• Proven experience in B2B direct marketing with measurable results.
• Strong copywriting skills that drive engagement and responses.
• Hands-on experience with email marketing, LinkedIn outreach, and campaign sequencing.
• Comfortable working with sales to generate enquiries, meetings and opportunities.

Aufgaben

• Plan and deliver targeted multi-touch marketing campaigns across email, LinkedIn and offline channels.
• Build prospect lists, segment audiences and tailor messaging by sector/region/customer group.
• Collaborate with Business Development and Sales to generate qualified leads and improve conversion rates.
• Write engaging copy for campaigns, sales collateral, landing pages and client communications.
• Develop campaigns to attract new customers, nurture inquiries and reactivate accounts.
