You will handle inbound queries via calls, emails, and the website, perform invoicing and pricing enquiries, and use Outlook, Excel, and a CRM system to maintain records.

Qualifications

• Must be confident communicating with Key Stakeholder and Senior Management level.
• Familiar with Microsoft applications, especially Outlook and Excel.
• Comfortable with invoicing and pricing enquiries.

Responsibilities

• Respond to inbound calls, emails and website enquiries for business partners.
• Maintain high levels of client service through effective Order Management.
• Identify discrepancies in pricing/invoicing and flag early to prevent issues.
• Work with CRM and MS Office tools to manage customer data and communications.
