Responsibilities

• Identify discrepancies in pricing/invoicing and flag early to prevent issues.
• Work with CRM and MS Office tools to manage customer data and communications.

Quick Job Overview:

You'll be working as part of a team who respond to inbound calls, emails and website enquiries for a number of business partners.

Maintaining the highest levels of client services through effective Order Management - less volume and more detailed enquiries on product lines available.

Must be confident communicating with Key Stakeholder and Senior Management level.

Full CRM system training will be given, but will need to be comfortable working with Microsoft applications, especially Outlook and Excel.

As the role will include invoicing and pricing enquiries, you'll need to be numerate and able to recognise discrepancies before they could become an issue further on down the line.
