Job summary

Tailor Made Technologies in Whiteley is seeking a motivated Client Sales Executive to help grow our presence with existing telco clients. You will proactively contact customers to upsell, profile prospects, and manage opportunities in our CRM.

We offer a base salary of £28k–£30k with 25 days holiday, pension, flexi health plan, and training opportunities. Hours are Monday to Friday, 9am–5:30pm, with a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• B2B sales experience, phone-based.
• Experience generating and developing leads.
• Strong negotiation and influencing abilities.
• Independent and proactive with strong communication.
• Proficient IT skills.
• Stakeholder engagement at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Proactively contacting existing customers to generate upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
• Profiling prospects to support current and future needs.
• Managing opportunities through CRM.
• Auditing customers’ current services and bills and providing feedback to support sales opportunities.
• Pricing opportunities and delivering quotations.
• Providing consultative, solution-focused advice to customers.
