Job summary

Lloyd Recruitment is seeking a B2B Client Support Advisor in Redhill. You will handle inbound calls, emails and website enquiries for multiple business partners, ensuring accurate order management and superb client service.

Role requires numeracy for invoicing and pricing enquiries, plus CRM system training. Proficiency with Outlook and Excel is preferred. Onsite parking and good public transport links support a convenient commute; 25 days holiday + bank holidays.

Quick Job Overview:

• You’ll be working as part of a team who respond to inbound calls, emails and website enquiries for a number of business partners.
• Maintaining the highest levels of client services through effective Order Management - less volume and more detailed enquiries on product lines available.
• Must be confident communicating with Key Stakeholder and Senior Management level.
• Full CRM system training will be given, but will need to be comfortable working with Microsoft applications, especially Outlook and Excel.
• As the role will include invoicing and pricing enquiries, you’ll need to be numerate and able to recognise discrepancies before they could become an issue further on the line.
