Job summary

A leading aerospace recruitment agency is seeking experienced B1 Licensed Engineers for ongoing base maintenance operations in Teesside. The role focuses on ensuring high standards in maintenance and compliance within a safety-oriented team.   • Act as Certifying & Support Staff and exercise privileges in accordance with company authorisations.
  • Supervise and allocate base maintenance tasks effectively to meet operational deadlines.
  • Ensure the completion and certification of maintenance work in line with approved data and procedures.
  • Maintain compliance with all regulatory standards, internal processes, and safety management systems.
  • Support the Quality and Compliance teams, ensuring audits and inspections are carried out smoothly.
  • Promote and uphold a Just Culture, encouraging open reporting and continuous improvement.
  • Prepare, review, and hand over work packages, ensuring documentation accurately reflects maintenance carried out.
