Job summary

DHL Supply Chain is seeking a Workforce Planner at Gatwick Airport to design and manage rosters, ensuring coverage aligns with demand and service requirements.

You will coordinate daily resource needs, monitor allocations, and generate operational reports to support performance improvements. Applicants should have strong rostering experience in aviation contexts and be comfortable with SITA, Excel and Power BI tools.

Qualifications

• Experience using workforce management or rostering systems (e.g. SITA).
• Experience in workforce planning or scheduling within a fast-paced operational environment.
• Experience producing and interpreting reports to support decision-making (e.g. Excel, Power BI).
• Experience within an airport, aviation, or ground handling environment.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement and manage rosters across the operation.
• Plan and coordinate daily and short-term resource requirements.
• Monitor and adjust resource allocation in real time.
• Support delivery of contractual performance targets through efficient resource use.
• Identify risks to service delivery and implement mitigations.
• Produce and coordinate operational reports to support performance tracking.
• Analyse workforce data to identify trends and improvements.
