DHL Supply Chain is seeking a Back of House, First Line Manager at Gatwick Airport to oversee HR matters and drive performance within a 4-on-4-off, 12-hour shift setting. The role emphasizes compliance, investigations, and cross-team collaboration to deliver high service standards.

You'll work under the Airside Performance Manager, supporting colleagues, managing HR processes, and enhancing safety culture across the aviation contract.
