Job summary

Staffline is recruiting a Resource Planner for Heathrow Airport to ensure effective scheduling and staffing. You will liaise with site teams and internal departments to deliver plans that meet demand and KPI targets, while managing changes and communicating impact to all stakeholders.

Working hours include rotating shifts (7am–4pm and 9am–6pm) on a 5-on/3-off pattern. The role requires IT literacy, planning-tool experience, and knowledge of aviation operations.

Qualifications

• IT literate and able to use planning tools.
• At least 2 years’ experience in a planning department (advantage).
• Understanding of aviation operations and airport planning.

Responsibilities

• Plan load schedules to maximise staff utilisation and coverage of flights.
• Maintain Inform databases for Planning and Rostering.
• Communicate changes to meet demand and KPI targets.
