Manchester Airport Plc is seeking a highly analytical Resource Planning Analyst to join our Planning team. You will ensure the right people with the right skills are in the right place at the right time within a complex airport environment.

You'll create passenger demand forecasts, develop rostering solutions, analyse workforce utilisation and provide insights to support operational performance and cost efficiency.

Qualifikationen

• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills with complex formulas and large data handling.
• Experience in resource planning within a large-scale operational environment.
• Proven expertise in demand forecasting and workforce optimisation.

Aufgaben

• Producing short and medium-term passenger demand forecasts.
• Developing resource deployment plans and colleague rostering solutions.
• Monitoring workforce utilisation and identifying opportunities for optimisation.
• Supporting resource modelling and budget planning activities.
• Producing data analysis and management reports that drive operational decisions.
• Maintaining headcount, capacity and organisational structure reporting.
• Becoming a super user of workforce management systems and tools.
• Building strong relationships with operational stakeholders across the airport.
• Identifying trends, risks and opportunities through workforce data analysis.
• Supporting continuous improvement projects and more efficient ways of working.
