Job summary

Blue Handling at Stansted Airport is recruiting Customer Service Agents to support passengers as part of the Ground Operations team. No prior airport experience is required; comprehensive training will prepare you for the role and a career in aviation.

These are full-time, permanent roles with rosters including early and late shifts, weekends and holidays, plus opportunities for progression as the operation grows.

Qualifications

• Able to provide excellent customer service to passengers.
• Self-starter, motivated and a team player.
• Right to work in the UK (Pre-Settled Status accepted).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Minimum age 18.

Responsibilities

• Assisting and guiding passengers at the check-in area
• Baggage processing
• Boarding of passengers onto their respective flights
• Provision of passenger assistance, handling customer complaints and other duties as assigned
