The Best Connection is recruiting a Customer Service Agent to assist passengers with assistance requirements at Stansted Airport. No experience is required as full on-the-job training is provided. The role offers 24-hour operations, early starts, and a range of shift patterns.

Key duties include greeting passengers, explaining processes, assisting with check-in and security, and coordinating wheelchair arrivals around the terminal. DBS checks are part of the regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• 5 years' worth of references.
• Ability to complete a GSAT.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• A polite and professional approach.
• A passion for helping others.
• Strong written and spoken communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Helping passengers with assistance requirements to and from the aircraft and around the airport, enhancing the passengers' journey.
• Greet passengers and ask what help is required.
• Explain the process to the passenger.
• Prepare the passenger for check‑in and security, assist with check‑in and security processes.
• Ensure the collection of wheelchairs around the airport terminal and return them to storage.
