Job summary

Kuehne + Nagel is seeking a Dedicated Logistics Specialist to provide high-level customer service and operations support for key accounts in aviation logistics. You will understand client needs, plan routes, set deadlines, and offer upgraded services to meet commitments while maintaining proactive communication and issue resolution.

You will monitor shipments, notify customers about delays or charges, and work with the team to improve processes and operational health, strengthening long-term

Qualifications

• Understanding of the Aviation industry and delivering Time Critical shipments using all available services.
• Excellent knowledge of international and domestic airline routings, geography and time zones.
• Extensive customer service experience required.
• Demonstrate efficient risk assessment, problem analysis and problem resolution capabilities.
• Good written and verbal communications skills.
• Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Take customer orders including routing, service type, deadlines, and upgraded options.
• Provide continuous notifications and follow-up on delays, charges, and resolutions.
• Monitor shipments and report delays; propose options to reduce impact.
• Maintain SOPs and COPs; collaborate with key account; drive improvements.
• Support with KPI performance and timely reporting.
