Job summary

Kuehne+Nagel is hiring an Air Logistics Customer Care Specialist in Manchester to manage customer relationships and coordinate with multiple internal teams for smooth shipment execution.

You will monitor air freight shipments, provide updates, resolve inquiries, and contribute to service excellence with KN digital tools while supporting continuous improvement in a dynamic global logistics environment.

Qualifications

• Degree or vocational training in Freight Forwarding, Logistics or related field.
• Experience in Air Logistics or Freight Forwarding welcomed.
• Strong communication and customer service mindset required.
• Ability to manage escalations and build relationships with customers.

Responsibilities

• Be the primary contact for customers with a high level of service.
• Coordinate with Operational Care, Revenue Care, Gateway, Procurement, Pricing and Sales.
• Monitor air freight shipments and provide updates and solutions.
• Handle inquiries, manage escalations, build long-term relationships.
• Use KN tools to manage shipment information and performance.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and customer experience.
