Network Talent is seeking a proactive Business Development Representative to generate new business opportunities for the senior sales team. This is the company’s first BDR hire, offering a chance to shape the outbound sales function.

You will identify potential customers across the aviation sector, build prospect lists, and drive outreach via calls, emails and LinkedIn, using Cognism and other tools to reveal key contacts.

Qualifications

• 18+ months experience in SDR, lead-generation, telesales or business-development role.
• Experience within aviation, data, SaaS or financial services is advantageous.
• Commutable to London / Surrey office on a weekly basis.

Responsabilités

• Identify and research potential customers in the aviation sector.
• Build targeted prospect lists across markets and territories.
• Generate new business opportunities through outbound calls, emails and LinkedIn outreach.
• Use Cognism and other sales intelligence tools to identify key contacts and decision-makers.
• Qualify prospects and arrange meetings for the Business Development Managers.
• Maintain CRM records and follow-up with prospects to maximise engagement.
