BMS Performance Ltd. is seeking a Sales Development Representative to join its aviation intelligence team, engaging airlines, lessors, OEMs and investors worldwide with consultative, value-led conversations.

You will identify and research prospective customers, craft targeted outreach, and book high-quality meetings for Account Executives, with a clear path to leadership and international sales in a hybrid Leatherhead/Central London role.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as an SDR, BDR or similar business development role.
• Experience in SaaS, BI, data services or aviation-related sectors is advantageous.
• Strong prospecting, research and communication skills.
• Comfortable engaging with senior decision-makers.
• Commercially driven, proactive and highly organised.
• Consultative approach with a genuine interest in customer needs.

Responsabilités

• Build targeted outreach campaigns and generate high-quality meetings for the Account Executive.
