Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in aviation commercial, account management or customer-facing roles.
• Proven capability in contract management, customer leadership and negotiations.
• Strong understanding of aircraft maintenance operations and commercial processes.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary commercial contact for assigned accounts and manage contracts and terms.
• Maximise contract value while ensuring contractual obligations are met.
• Lead customer meetings, brief operational teams and oversee reviews and renewals.
