Job summary

Reed in West Sussex is hiring a Sales Executive / Account Manager to drive growth in the aviation sector. The role combines sales, account management and customer service, with a focus on building long-term customer relationships and identifying new business opportunities.

You will manage inquiries through to quotation, negotiation and order fulfilment while liaising with internal teams to ensure seamless service. Hybrid working is available, with 4 days in the office and 1 day from home.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in sales or account management.
• Strong relationship-building and customer-service focus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines with accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain long-term relationships with existing customers.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to achieve sales targets.
• Manage inquiries from contact to quotation, negotiation and order fulfilment.
• Prepare quotations and follow up to maximise conversions.
• Act as primary contact for assigned customer accounts and coordinate with Operations, Procurement and Logistics.
