Job summary

Salary: £39,419 to £45,969 per annum

Hours: 36 hours per week

Location: Morden, Apollo House - hybrid working arrangement

Contract Type: secondment/fixed term contact - 6 months

We're seeking an Available Homes Officer to join our team and play a key role in helping customers move into their new homes.

The key objective is to minimise the time a property remains empty by ensuring it is let as quickly as possible while providing a good quality service to our customers.

We're seeking someone with excellent team working skills, a positive mindset and willingness to contribute ideas for improvement.

Closing Date: Friday 2nd October 2026 at midnight.

This is a hybrid role based at our Morden office in London. You'll split your time between working from home, visiting properties and the office, specific days will be agreed with your line manager.
