Job description

Salary: £35,809 to £41,713 per annum

Hours: 36 hours per week

Location: Birmingham, Lombard House- hybrid working arrangement

Contract Type: secondment/fixed term contact until July 2027

The key objective is to minimise the time a property remains empty by ensuring it is let as quickly as possible while providing a good quality service to our customers.
