Job summary

Aerials Ltd is seeking a proactive Sales/BDM to grow the Audio Visual division across London and the South East. You will develop new business, manage client relationships, and convert opportunities into orders while upholding top customer service standards.

The role requires 3–5 years in sales or BD, strong AV knowledge, and the ability to present to clients and manage a tender process. Company vehicle or car allowance provided, with field-based duties and generous commission opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience in a Sales or Business Development role (3–5 years+).
• Knowledge of Audio Visual systems or proven track record selling technical solutions.
• Confident presenting to clients and handling technical conversations.

Responsibilities

• Generate new sales opportunities and build an AV sales pipeline.
• Convert inbound enquiries into quotations and orders.
• Meet clients on site or remotely to understand requirements and propose solutions.
