Job summary

Volkswagen AG in Milton Keynes is recruiting a part-time Automotive Technical Support Specialist (23.5 hours) to join One Aftersales. You will provide high-quality technical support across six brands using DISS/ODIS, perform remote diagnostics or dealer visits, and work toward swift, customer-centric resolutions.

The role emphasizes ownership, collaboration with service centres, and driving improvements to support dealers and customers with expert guidance.

Qualifications

• Proven success in diagnosis on a range of vehicle systems with wide experience in all aspects of vehicle repairs.
• HV expertise preferred; Master Technician qualification required.
• Strong computer/analytical skills to troubleshoot issues.
• Excellent communication skills to relay information at all levels.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently with proactive problem solving.
• Focus on prevention and capability to work in a collaborative team.
• Full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Provide high quality technical support/resolutions via group systems and software (DISS/ODIS), remote diagnosis or dealer on-site visits.
• Take ownership of information and guidance with a customer-centric approach while meeting group targets.
• Proactively drive case resolution by remote support or hands-on repair guidance with various teams.
• Identify and influence process improvements to support dealers and ensure efficient solutions.
