One Aftersales are recruiting for a Product Quality and Technical Services Manager based in the VWG Service and Technical Department in Wymbush, Milton Keynes.
Reporting into the Head of Service and Technical, you will lead the Product Quality Specialists, Technical Support team and Technical Service Centre (TSC) team. You will be responsible for consumer protection relating to Volkswagen Group products, the management of product and safety issues, and the delivery of cohesive technical support across the Group brands and networks. Through strong factory, Brand, legal and regulatory relationships, you will drive product quality, first-time fix and customer satisfaction.
Whilst there will never be an average week you could expect to be involved in activities as diverse as motivating a skilled team to achieve strong performance, leading the functional design and specification of a new technical support system and working with internal stakeholders and factory headquarters to drive Product Quality improvements.
