Job summary

MSX International is seeking an Automotive Helpdesk Engineer to liaise with Dealership personnel, team leaders and customer engineers on vehicle case histories, trends and analysis within a flexible, hybrid working environment in the UK.

You will record data into the system, participate in training, and perform various assignments as directed by leadership, including documentation and travel as required. The role emphasizes problem-solving, process orientation and customer focus.

Qualifications

• Fluent in both French and English (written and spoken).
• Customer Service experience is advantageous.
• Engineering or automotive background advantageous.
• Customer oriented focus.

Responsibilities

• Record data into a computer system.
• Participate in training and product information exchange.
• Accept other assignments as determined by leadership (Group Leader / Team Leader / Project Management).
• Write and circulate data to other Helpline Engineers / Project Management / Customer / Customer Dealer staff when necessary.
• Complete and provide information for Company documentation (Travel Expense Reports, Timesheets).
• On an exception basis, make travel arrangements and any other ad hoc duties as required.
