Job summary

Vindis Group Ltd. in Huntingdon is seeking a Customer Advisor to join our team. You will handle vehicle uploads, liaise with dealers, and manage stock and admin processes to support sales and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Upload used vehicles and related items to advertise to customers.
• Maintain accurate upload records and supporting spreadsheets.
• Action price changes for vehicles.
• Respond to vehicle upload queries from sites and teams.
• Carry out regular stock checks for accuracy.
• Manage incoming/outgoing dealer transfer requests across Audi, VW, Skoda and SEAT.
• Liaise with network dealers to source required vehicles.
• Order new car stock with the factory.
• Run daily reports to keep internal systems up to date for stock availability and logistics.
• Assist with smooth running of the internal car scheme, sourcing vehicles and arranging delivery for employees.
