Job summary

Vindis Group Ltd. at Peterborough Audi is seeking a customer-oriented Service Advisor to join our Aftersales team. You will be the first point of contact for customers, book in vehicles and explain required services.

You will develop expertise in servicing processes, build strong workshop relations, and strive for first-time fixes while delivering excellent service. A full UK driving licence and automotive experience are preferred.

Qualifications

Experience in a customer-facing role in the automotive sector.
Full UK driving licence is essential.
Previous experience in an automotive service environment preferred.

Responsibilities

Be the first point of contact for customers and book in vehicles.
Explain services and associated costs clearly to customers.
Maximise upsell of relevant products and services.
Maintain accurate electronic records of servicing activities.
Develop strong working relationships with the workshop team for smooth flow of information.
Support the delivery of a first-time fix culture and on-time vehicle readiness.
