Hartwell Motor Group is seeking a detail-oriented Automotive Sales Administrator to join our team and support the dealerships' sales operations.

The role focuses on arranging vehicle purchases and deliveries, handling invoicing and VAT documents, and maintaining accurate customer records with a commitment to exceptional service.

You will work in a fast-paced environment, using initiative and organisation to ensure smooth sales processes and high customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Arranging purchase of vehicles
• Arranging and organising the delivery of vehicles
• Setting up, transferring, arranging PDI, job cards for vehicles
• Producing invoices, warranty documents
• Ordering, contracting and taxing vehicles
• Reviewing sales reports
• Supplying Sales Admin support to dealerships
• Supplying Sales Admin to Retail dealers
• Be proactive in dealing with queries on the phone and email
• Managing customer records
• Provide exceptional customer service
