Job summary

Vindis Group Ltd. is seeking a Parts Advisor for the Cambridge Service Centre. You will join a busy Aftersales team, manage stock records, assist workshop staff and maintain a high standard of customer service.

Previous experience in a parts department is preferred. opportunity to develop within an established automotive group and benefit from a supportive environment and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• Previous experience within a parts department preferential.

Responsibilities

• Delivering upon the Vindis Group’s Aftersales Experience, as per the training, guidance and expectations given.
• Maintaining effective working relationships with the Aftersales Team in particular, by ensuring that the ‘flow’ of information is timely, accurate, clear and consultative.
• Maintaining electronic records in a complete and accurate manner.
• Ensuring that all documentation and records are complete, accurate and aligned with any governing quality standards.
• Ensuring accurate perpetual stock takes are undertaken.
• Being integral in championing and maintaining a culture of customer service excellence; ensuring that the expectations and requirements of customers are delivered upon.
