Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Act as primary contact for service customers from check-in to post-visit follow-up.
• Understand customer needs and advise on safety-related repairs and manufacturer recommendations.
• Promote and upsell vehicle health checks and service plans to boost revenue.
• Support customer retention with forward bookings and tailored aftersales solutions.
• Collaborate with technicians to ensure timely repairs and keep customers updated.
