Job summary

Vantage is seeking a proactive Service Advisor for our Toyota Leeds location. This full-time role involves scheduling servicing for customer vehicles, generating accurate estimates, and keeping customers informed about timescales and costs.

You will be encouraged to upsell genuine parts and services and participate in promotions while delivering outstanding customer service. A full UK Driving Licence is required.

Qualifications

• Have previous experience in a similar role.
• Be of smart appearance, confident, professional and an enthusiastic individual with a passion for delivering great customer service and a desire to exceed customer expectations.
• Have the ability to build a long lasting relationship with our customers and have a good understanding of their needs in order to guide them towards the product/service.
• Be able to work under your own initiative as well a part of a bigger team and co-ordinate workshop activity to deliver agreed work.
• You must hold a full clean UK Driving Licence.

Responsibilities

• Schedule work on customer vehicles and provide accurate servicing estimates, ensuring customers are aware of likely timescales and costs.
• Promote the sale of genuine parts and accessories whenever possible, and market current promotions.
• Provide excellent customer service and help drive customer satisfaction across the dealership.
