Job summary

Vantage Motor Group Limited is looking for a Customer-focused Service Advisor to join our team at Toyota Blackburn. You will schedule work on customer vehicles, prepare servicing estimates and keep customers informed on timescales and costs.

You will promote genuine parts and accessories and work to exceed customer expectations. The role is full-time, Monday to Friday with alternate Saturdays on a rota, offering a competitive base salary up to £28,090.45 per annum, plus OTE and excellent

Qualifications

• 6 months experience in a similar role.
• Full clean UK Driving Licence.
• Smart appearance, confident, professional and passionate about customer service.
• Ability to build long-lasting relationships and understand customer needs to guide them to products/services.
• Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team to coordinate workshop activity.

Responsibilities

• Schedule work on customer vehicles and provide accurate servicing estimates.
• Keep customers informed of timescales and costs.
• Promote genuine parts and accessories and Upsell products/services where appropriate.
• Coordinate workshop activity to deliver agreed work.
• Work Monday to Friday with alternate Saturdays on a rota.
