Vantage is seeking a proactive Service Advisor for our Toyota Leeds location. This full-time role involves scheduling servicing for customer vehicles, generating accurate estimates, and keeping customers informed about timescales and costs.

You will be encouraged to upsell genuine parts and services and participate in promotions while delivering outstanding customer service. A full UK Driving Licence is required.

Formación

• Have previous experience in a similar role.
• Be of smart appearance, confident, professional and an enthusiastic individual with a passion for delivering great customer service and a desire to exceed customer expectations.
• Have the ability to build a long lasting relationship with our customers and have a good understanding of their needs in order to guide them towards the product/service.
• Be able to work under your own initiative as well a part of a bigger team and co-ordinate workshop activity to deliver agreed work.
• You must hold a full clean UK Driving Licence.

New opportunity not to be missed!Vantageare looking for aService Advisor to join our team based in Toyota Leeds. In return you will receive a competitive salary of £28,090.45 per annum, up to £36,890.45 (Dependant on experience) including OTE with excellent benefits!

At Vantage we have built carefully on our success and we are proud to operate in thirteen locations across Yorkshire and Lancashire representing Toyota, Lexus, Kia and Š koda.

This is a full time role and typically you will be expected to work Monday to Friday and alternative Saturday mornings on a rota basis.
