Job summary

Vantage Motor Group Limited is looking for a Customer-focused Service Advisor to join our team at Toyota Blackburn. You will schedule work on customer vehicles, prepare servicing estimates and keep customers informed on timescales and costs.

You will promote genuine parts and accessories and work to exceed customer expectations. The role is full-time, Monday to Friday with alternate Saturdays on a rota, offering a competitive base salary up to £28,090.45 per annum, plus OTE and excellent

Qualifications

• 6 months experience in a similar role.
• Full clean UK Driving Licence.
• Smart appearance, confident, professional and passionate about customer service.
• Ability to build long-lasting relationships and understand customer needs to guide them to products/services.
• Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team to coordinate workshop activity.

Responsibilities

• Schedule work on customer vehicles and provide accurate servicing estimates.

• Promote genuine parts and accessories and Upsell products/services where appropriate.
• Coordinate workshop activity to deliver agreed work.

About the Role

This role involves providing excellent customer service to all ourcustomers through scheduling work on customer vehicles, providing accurateestimates for servicing, repairs and ensuring the customer is fully aware oflikely timescales and costs.

You will also be encouraged to promote the sale of genuine parts andaccessories whenever possible, acting on opportunities to sell additionalproducts/services and market current promotions.

This is a full time role and typically you will be expected to workMonday to Friday and alternative Saturdays on a rota basis.

To be successful in this role you will:

• Have at least 6 months experience in a similar role.
• Be of smart appearance, confident, professional and an enthusiasticindividual with a passion for delivering great customer service and a desire toexceed customer expectations.
• Have the ability to build a long lasting relationship with ourcustomers and have a good understanding of their needs in order to guide themtowards the product/service.
• Be able to work under your own initiative as well a part of a biggerteam and co-ordinate workshop activity to deliver agreed work.
• You must hold a full clean UK Driving Licence.
