Plymouth main dealer requires a Service Advisor to join a multi-brand group with a strong reputation. You will be the first point of contact for Aftersales customers, welcoming them professionally and handling service, repair and warranty bookings.

The role emphasizes efficiency and high-quality customer service, with collaboration across service teams to ensure smooth throughput and informed ownership of work in progress.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Service Advisor in a main dealer preferred.
• Motor vehicle knowledge and good IT competencies are advantageous.
• Handling Aftersales bookings and customer communications.

Responsibilities

• Process Aftersales bookings via face-to-face, telephone and internet channels.
• Liaise with dealer personnel to ensure smooth throughput of work.
• Keep customers informed throughout work in progress and obtain authorisation for additional work.
• Present and upsell approved products and services.
• Complete admin tasks including invoicing and data input.
