Job summary

Confidential, a busy automotive dealership in Bradford, is seeking an experienced Service Advisor to join the aftersales team. You will be the main contact between customers and the workshop, ensuring a professional service from booking through to vehicle collection.

The role offers a £30,000 basic salary plus bonus and service-plan commission, a Monday–Friday schedule with one Saturday in four, and a permanent full-time contract.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Service Advisor within the automotive industry.
• Experience using Kerridge, 1 Link, Pinnacle or a similar Dealer Management System (DMS).
• Proven track record of upselling additional products, services, and service plans.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong organisational and administrative abilities.

Responsibilities

• Managing service and repair bookings efficiently.
• Coordinating workshop loading to maximise productivity.
• Keeping customers updated throughout the repair process.
• Identifying and upselling additional work where appropriate.
• Promoting service plans and manufacturer offers.
• Liaising closely with technicians to ensure repairs are completed on time.
• Maintaining accurate customer and vehicle records.
• Delivering outstanding customer service at every stage of the journey.
