Confidential in Wakefield is seeking an experienced Service Advisor for a busy dealership. You will be the key link between customers and the workshop, delivering a professional service from booking through to vehicle collection.

The role offers a £28,000 basic salary plus bonus, with Monday to Friday hours and Saturday on a rota. You'll upsell services, keep customers updated, and work with the team to deliver exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Manage service and repair bookings efficiently.
